Dr. Marty Crawford, BSEd ’96, Superintendent of West ISD, is a finalist for a national educator award. Nominated by his education colleagues for the 2014 LifeChanger of the Year, Crawford was recognized because of his work getting students back to school after the April 17 fertilizer plant explosion in West last year.
