Ten Baylor School of Education undergraduate students have been named Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges for the 2015-2016 academic year. They were honored at a Baylor ceremony on Feb. 26.

Erica Amos (Secondary Mathematics) is from Wylie, Texas, and a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She is also a member of Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society and the Baylor Women’s Club Volleyball team. Amos said a highlight of her Baylor career was going on a mission trip to Costa Rica with the School of Education.
Rebecca Baker (Elementary Education), from Tyler, Texas, is a member of Chi Omega sorority and participates at Highland Baptist Church as a small group leader and serves on the College Leadership Team.
Carla Cook (Secondary Life Sciences), from Goldendale, Wash., is a member of Sigma Phi Lambda Sisters for the Lord sorority. She is the secretary of Kappa Delta Pi education honor society and a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
Meredith Dana (Integrated Studies) is from Lake Oswego, Ore. Dana is the chapter president of Pi Beta Phi sorority and a Life Group Leader for Harris Creek Baptist Church college ministry. She was also the 2015 Baylor Homecoming queen.
Amy Feind (Elementary Education) is from Hewitt, Texas. She participates in All-University Sing through Sing Alliance and is also a member of Baylor’s Student Foundation. As a teacher she hopes to help her students see their full potential and to find different ways to do their very best in all they do.
Nicole Kosakowski (All-Level Special Ed) is from Downey, Calif., and she was a member of the Baylor Women’s Tennis Team from 2011-2012. She now volunteers now the Buddy Up Tennis Program, which helps individuals with Down Syndrome.
Caitlyn McClellen (Elementary Education), from Fort Worth, Texas, is a member of Kappa Delta Pi education honor society and a volunteer for Beautiful Feet Ministries, which provides meals, medical attention and shelter to the homeless.
Brittany Rollins (Middle Grades Mathematics) is from Huntsville, Texas. In her free time, she coaches a local club volleyball team and is a Sunday School teacher. Rollins said that she wants to teach because it gives her the chance to make a positive impact on students’ lives.
Bryan Solis (Secondary English/Language Arts/Reading) is from Seattle, Wash. Solis is a member of several honor societies including Kappa Delta Pi, Tau Sigma National Honor Society, Pi Lambda Theta and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Solis also volunteers with Baylor P.A.W.S (People Around the World Sharing), SOE Student Advisory Board and is a mentor with Communities in Schools.
Kylie Terry (December 2015 graduate in Elementary Education, current master’s candidate) is from Katy, Texas. Outside the classroom she is involved with Unbound Waco, an anti-human trafficking organization. She is also a student ambassador for the School of Education.
Also honored at the ceremony was University Scholars major Lindsay Adams, who is concentrating in education and seeking certification in Elementary Education and Gifted and Talented Education. From Leesburg, Va., Adams is active in missions to Kenya and a member of Mortar Board and Chi Omega sorority.
