Learn about Presenters

What is an Organizer?

Organizers are PyPhD members responsible for connecting Presenters with a collaborator. They lead PyPhD’s outreach campaign to establish connections with interested groups. Our Organizers become the primary contact for our collaborators, finding the best Presenter fit for the collaborator’s needs and ensuring a smooth line of communication

We are so lucky to have awesome collaborations between Presenters and Organizers. In our first year alone, we reached over 1,100 students. The best part? All of our members maxed out at 6 hours per semester in their first semester with us, and then maintained 1-2 hours for subsequent semesters. Each position is just a low time commitment, which aligns with our low-time/high-impact model.
