The Recurve Bow

The recurve bow is a typical summer camp bow. The characteristic of a recurve bow that makes it stand out is that the “ears” (the very tips of the limbs where the string attaches) curve forward, away from the shooter. This allows a the bow to shorter than a longbow, but still just as powerful.
