Project Title: Topics from Baylor Student Reflections on Leadership
Description: 20 LDS 1301 student blogs were mined for student reflections on the following four topics:
- What does leadership mean to you?
- Leadership Identity Development Timeline
- What’s your personal mission/philosophy?
- How do your strengths inform your leadership practice?
The reflections were mined and analyzed using the NVivo 12 Autocoder and visualized online using Tableau Desktop.
In this visualization, the top-level themes are portrayed as a simple word cloud under the title. Under the top-level themes are the more granular keywords. Click a top-level theme in the word cloud will filter the keyword chart to filter for only those keywords aligning with that topic.
