  • Free wireless internet is available throughout the Waco Convention Center, including Upper and Lower Lobbies, as well as all meeting rooms. The network is named “ccpublic.” A password is required, which we will supply at registration.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST COPY SHOP?

Both hotels have a 24 hour business center for printing and copying needs. If you have access to a car, OfficeMax, Office Depot, and FedEx Kinkos are within about 10 minutes of the Conference Center.

If you do not have transportation, the Baylor Copy Center is another option. Take the DASH (Downtown Area Shuttle) and get off at the gas station stop across from Penland Hall. Follow 5th Street past the Bookstore, Bear habit, and Student Union Building. Morrison will be on your left. Follow the sidewalk around the building and enter from the parking lot. The copy center will be directly in front of you on the ground level. $0.05 per page, $0.07 for duplex + tax.

You can also venture out on foot to Healer Printing and Office Supply, which lies about 3/4 of a mile S. of the Hotel at 906 Franklin Ave. Their sign advertises prints for $0.05 per page.

IS THERE A NEARBY DRUG OR GROCERY STORE?

There is no proper drug or grocery store within easy walking distance. There is a convenience store (7-11) on University Parks Drive about half way between the Hilton and the Baylor Campus (1 block before the I-35 underpass). If you have access to a car, there is an H-E-B Plus about 2 miles south on I-35. CVS and Walgreens each have a store in the same area.
