- J. Lee Stambaugh papers, 1869-1967 (#454): Contains research materials used by J. Lee and Lillian Johnson Stambaugh when writing one of their two books, The Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas.
- BU Records: Philosophical Club, 1900-1901 (BU/131): Includes meeting minutes from the Philosophical Club at Baylor University.
- BU Records: International Club, 1938-1943 (BU/113): Club records consist of minutes and constitution for the International Club at Baylor University.
- BU Records: Commercial College, 1891 (#BU/77): Currency and publicity materials related to the Commercial College at Baylor University in the 1890s.
- League of Women Voters Waco Area records, 1948-2010, undated (#3719): Contains correspondence, financial records, minutes, publications, subject files and some photographs, all to do with the league’s non-partisan work to encourage civic participation.
- BU Records: Monitorial Records, 1892-1897 (#BU/392): Includes three bound volumes of “monitorial records”: record books kept by Baylor students documenting their classmates’ behavior (and demerits given for misbehavior) during school hours and in the dormitories.
- Beerman Family papers, circa 1922-1986 (#2381): Papers include biographical material, correspondence, photographs, and printed material as well as financial documents highlighting the activities of the Beerman Family. The collection is focused on Adolph, Max, and Moses David (M.D., Dave) Beerman while providing limited information on extended family members.
- [Waco] Lone Star Company records, 1922-1932, undated (#2382): Includes ledgers, a photograph, and newspaper clippings documenting the incorporation, works, and dissolution of the company.
- Gandler-Snider Engineering Company records, 1965-1992, undated (#3445): Contains correspondence, general business files, and project files which include specification notebooks, bid notebooks, and oversize mechanical systems drawings. Correspondence from the Waco Sheet Metal and Roofing Contractors’ Association is also present.
- [Waco] Congregation Agudath Jacob “Chaverah” Oral History collection, 1984-1993, undated (#2644): Collection consists of audio and video interviews conducted by the Baylor University Institute for Oral History. Members of the congregation are represented on audiocassette as well as beta and VHS tapes
- Max Levy papers, 1943-1967 (#3639): Includes military records, pamphlets, certificates, and a lithograph documenting Levy’s service and death during World War II.
- BU Records: Primary Department, 1896 (#BU/226): One entertainment program for May 29, 1896.
- BU Records: Summer Bible School, 1897-1901 (#BU/165): Contains printed publicity materials related to the Summer Bible School at Baylor University.
- BU Records: Classical Club, 1928-1938 (#BU/72): Collection consists of the minutes and other administrative materials for the Classical Club of Baylor University.
- German Colonization collection, 1845-1860 (#4013): Includes correspondence, legal, and financial materials relating to German immigrants to Texas, primarily concerning the Society for the Protection of German Immigrants in Texas (officially the Verein zum Schutze deutscher Einwanderer in Texas, also known as Adelsverein, Mainzer Verein, and the Texas-Verein). Some materials date a short time after this venture ended.
- Ben H. Green papers, 1917-1971, undated (#636): As a grocer and civic leader, Ben H. Green participated in many aspects of the Waco community. His papers include photographs, newspaper clippings, correspondence, certificates, and other items reflecting his life and activities.
- Wilson Fielder Jr. papers, 1935-2002, undated (#313): Contains correspondence, literary productions, photographs, and personal materials relating to the life and career of Wilson Fielder Jr., a Times reporter who was killed during the Korean War.
- Milam County War Dead records, 1913-2017, undated (#236): Includes references, materials and military records compiled by Lynna Kay Shuffield for the book manuscript Milam County, Texas: List of Honor — Individuals Who Have Given Their Lives in the Defense of Their Country from World War I through Vietnam.
- American Red Cross: Heart of Texas Chapter records, 1916-2016, undated (#4047): Collection contains administrative materials, clippings, and photographs documenting the history of the organization in Waco and McLennan County.
