This Harvard Business review article looks at the balancing acts Women undergo in order to manage gendered norms of leadership. While it is highly relevant to today’s workforce it presents a very stereotypical representation of leadership, one where the men have the advantage in leadership. This research is specifically geared to women who want to change the dynamic of their workforce. In order to offer a more expanded representation of leadership an accompanying article could be made that focuses on men who are trying to promote equality in the workplace.
