Purpose

After months of unappetizing, flavorless dining hall fruits and vegetables, in just a couple short weeks I will return home where I can buy, eat, and cook whatever I would like. This means I better catch up on all the nutritional food I probably should have been eating all year long. The purpose of my blog is to post a collection of recipes I have found. Each recipe is committed to using the freshest fruits and vegetables in season. These recipes are not my original recipes, but I have changed and adapted them a little to fit my own taste. I am in no way a vegetarian, so these recipes can be made a side dish to a meat entree, or served on there own. It is all up to personal preference. Also, there are other useful tips that will help anyone be inspired to eat healthier or educate them about what kinds of produce to buy when.
