Fitness Update

As the season comes to an end, I plan on working on my body and mind to prepare for the next year. My main goals are to get my weight up to 225-230 pounds before the year starts so i will be able to handle a full season of college football. Also, I am working out around 4-5 times a week to get my strength and speed to an elite level. Our strength staff is working us hard and it will pay off in the future.
