Max out week happened a couple of weeks ago during the bi-week and my numbers came out pretty. I ended with a record 15 reps at 225 that I was pretty proud of that accomplishment. My other maxes i didn’t get to completely max out because I already had pre decided weights that I had to lift. I got all of them pretty easy except for my bench max. ended up getting a good weight for my bench max but it was the most challenging one of them all. This is good though because it tells me when’re I need to improve on.
