I have played softball since I was five years old. It has been a passion

of mine since I can remember. I was eager to play catch every chance I could get! Now, I play second base and outfield. I, also, hit from the left side because I am a slap hitter. This means I am moving while I make contact with the ball. This allows me to get a quicker start to first base because I am already in motion. This hitting technique is used to put pressure on the defense because of my speed. Softball is not only a game; It is a huge part of my life and I love it! I am so blessed that I get to continue it here, at Baylor! Ehh, Sic ’em Bears!!
