Leadership is a trait
Leadership is a trait that exists in everyone
Leadership is a trait that exists in everyone differently
Leadership is a trait that exists in everyone in different and spectacular ways
Leadership exists as a variety of different and spectacular traits in each individual
Leadership exists as a variety of differently useful traits in each individual
Leadership traits that differ are useful in a variety of situations
Leadership traits differ from individual to individual
Leadership is a trait
Leadership is an ability
Leadership is an ability that can be developed
Leadership is an ability that can be developed and strengthened
Leadership is an ability that can be developed and strengthened so that one might wield it with expertise
Leadership is an ability that can be practiced and shaped for various uses in various situations
Leadership is and has always been a culturally admirable and desirable ability
Leadership is an ability that can be used for good or for evil
Leadership is an ability that can be abused
Leadership is an ability
Leadership is a skill
Leadership is a skill of competency
Leadership is a skillful competency of the world at large
Leadership is a skillful competency of the world at large and how to approach it
Leadership as a skill is a competency developed to accomplish a task effectively
Leadership is a skill that is available for everyone to learn

Leadership in the form of relationship relies on the consideration pf the skills and needs of others
Leadership is a relationship that must be developed in order for leadership in itself to function
Leadership relationships are trusting, caring, and full of integrity
Leadership is a relationship
Leadership is a trait
It is a an ability, a skill
A behavior, a relationship
But surely that’s not all leadership is
Is leadership not also an attitude?
Or would you group that with behavior?
Is leadership always a learnable skill?
Or does that vary from person to person?
Are some people simply born to be followers?
We know that some are born leaders,
We even claim all to be born leaders.
But what about those
Who don’t care?
Who lack integrity?
Who lack passion?
Who don’t care to develop these things?
Who don’t care to be leaders?
Are they too born to be leaders?
Leadership is a trait,
An ability,
A skill,
A behavior,
A relationship.
A leader is a person who harnesses these things
Who steps up,
Stands up,
Speaks up,
And uses leadership.
Uses that that
That skill
That ability
That behavior
That relationship.
That is a leader.
