Polymerase Chain Reaction:

1. In PCR tube (Once for each primer and control, for a total of four times) add 12.5 uL AmpliTaq
2. Add 5uL DNA (Except for the control)
3. Add 1uL Primer
4. Add water such that the total volume of water equals 25uL
5. Vortex and label tubes
6. Add to bath

I added my DNA to the bath- Labeled as h1-h4.

Poster: For our poster, we decided to use Google slides to corroborate online over break.
