Besides the well-known Andrew Ng and Yaser Abu-Mostafa’s on-line lectures, I recently just found out that two professors from Carnegie Mellon university – Dr. Larry Wasserman and Dr. Ryan Tibsharani – have uploaded all the video lectures, lecture notes, homework questions and exam questions of their graduate level Statistical Learning course to their websites. More amazingly, they have been putting the materials to their website since 2015. So you will see at least four different versions of the course which differs slightly in topics. You can choose the one that best fits your interest!

This link is the to the website of the newest version of the course. They used the famous The Elements of Statistical Learning as their major textbook. But since it is a graduate course, they will cover much more and much in-depth than the textbook.

By the way, interestingly, one of the co-lecturers Dr. Rob Tibsharani is the son of one of the second author of the textbook. He has lots of cool stuff on his website as well. Besides the statistical learning course, he also taught several semesters of convex optimization. He also posted videos of that course on-line as well. Kudos to that. And enjoy!
