As you may be aware, Congress is currently considering changes to the tax code. While much is left to be determined, the pending changes may have a direct impact on your philanthropic gifts. Under the current tax code, a portion of your contributions to organizations like the “B” Association may be considered tax deductible. New tax legislation could affect these policies, effective January 1, 2018, if the tax bill is passed as currently proposed.

While these tax policies are pending, we want to make you are aware of possible scenarios related to your giving. As always, please consult with your personal tax advisor regarding your contributions.
