My group chose our topic on the gender differences of leadership. We listed three different questions to ask: who are the 3 leaders, who are the 3 female leaders, and what is the difference of workplace appearance between male and female. We first did a little survey on our own as a group first. Then we went out to different places, like dining halls, fountain mall, or dorms to interview random people about our topic. We put the interview results on a PowerPoint. We added three different videos of different questions we asked on our PowerPoint, too. Then we wrote our discovery on the slide next to the videos. We should be mindful in the future about the equality between male and female no matter in where. Men and women have the same roles and abilities on doing everything.
