I have really enjoyed this class this semester. It has really made me take a deeper look inside myself and how I lead. I feel like I have grown a lot from this class as a whole. This class has also made me get out of my comfort zone which even though it’s uncomfortable to do it has been for the better. I feel like the lessons I have learned from classmates, guest speakers, and Dr. Newman are lessons I will carry on throughout my time at Baylor and into the next chapter of my life. Because no matter what I end of doing leadership is something I will need to know and it is super important to know where my strengths are and where I need help. I am really glad I ended up in this class my freshman year because it has really pushed me and shown me a lot about myself.
