#1. Some similarities between North American and Japanese working style is that the managers were very indirect while providing feedback. Along with that, they both are very diverse in their work environment.

Some differences between the two are that in Japanese working style they believe in goals for the group and long term employment. While in North America it is more individual based and not so much long term employment.

#2. The company believed in having a diverse working style and employees.

#3. She never really asked for others opinions and wanted to just get everything done in a hurry. This type of attitude is not good for a team because in a team you need inputs from others, not just one person.

#4.  Some universal leadership attributes Samira exhibited are dependable, plans ahead and informed.

#5. My suggestion would be to make sure you include your team members so there won’t be any negative attitudes on the team.
