Judge Starr to Speak at Education LLC Reception [08/05/2015]

EDU Logo VBaylor’s new Education Living Learning Center (LLC) will host a Parent’s Farewell Reception from 4-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 19, the official move-in day for the LLC. Parents and students will hear brief comments from Baylor President Ken Starr and School of Education Dean Dr. Michael McLendon. The reception will be in the Penland Dining Commons.

Other highlights of the reception will be Dr Pepper floats and a special presentation celebrating the partnership between the School of Education and Baylor Campus Living & Learning. Continue Reading →

Baylor SOE Graduate Erin Stamile Joins Staff of Education LLC [3/23/15]

ErinStamile-Blog-300Baylor graduate and former Pre-Health Honors Program Coordinator Erin Stamile is now the new Program Director for the Education Living & Learning Center.

After applying and interviewing earlier this semester, Stamile stepped into this new position on March 23, 2015.

Stamile said she is excited to work with incoming students and build leadership positions for those students to be involved in.

“I would love to get student leaders excited about getting their handprint on the new Education LLC,” Stamile said. “I want them to feel like this is a place they can really call home for years to come.” Continue Reading →

Education Will Be Focus of New Living-Learning Center [7/29/2014]
