The National Science Foundation has released the 2014 edition of its Proposal and Award Policies and Procedures Guide.  The new edition is effective for all proposals submitted or due on or after Feb. 24, 2014.

The revised guide contains changes to policies that impact proposal preparation as well as updates and clarifications intended to make the proposal process more user-friendly.
