Hello! Thank you for visiting my website. I’m the Bob Bullock Professor and interim chairperson in the Department of Political Science at Baylor University.

My research and teaching interests include political inequality, politics and quality of life, political behavior, U.S. state politics, public policy, and research methods.

My research has been published in the American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Politics, British Journal of Political Science, Political Research Quarterly, Political Behavior, American Politics Research, State Politics & Policy Quarterly, Electoral Studies, and other journals.
