AMA Manual of Style

Includes full text of the 10th edition print book plus online-only corrections and updates. Updates to the Manual are annotated within the text and identified in the Updates section. Contains an interactive SI conversion calculator to easily convert units of measure. Searches and content may be saved in the personalized “My Searches” and “My Content” areas. Content can be displayed on-screen, in a printer-friendly view or downloaded to PDF. Diagrams, tables, and charts may be downloaded to PDF or PowerPoint slides. Journal Citation Reports

Provides information for journal evaluation using citation data including total cites, impact factor (with and without self-cites), 5-year impact factor, citable items, cited half-life, citing half-life, Eigenfactor score, article influence score, % articles in citable items, normalized Eigenfactor, and average JIF percentile. Also available are ranking by both Web of Science and Essential Science Indicator categories. Find journals by title or category. Can limit to open access journals only.

Bowker’s Books in Print is now using a new search interface.

The following resources are no longer available from the OCLC FirstSearch service.  We have moved PAIS to ProQuest and the other 4 to EBSCOhost.



This resource was on trial and has been purchased by the Baylor Libraries.

The content in The Reader’s Advisor Online includes all the volumes in Libraries Unlimited’s well-known Genreflecting series, and contains selected essays from The Readers’ Advisor’s Companion and Nonfiction Readers’ Advisory, and more. It covers over 400 genres, subgenres, and reading interests, including nonfiction and fiction.
