Baylor This I Believe

What do you believe?

Religious teachers have taught us for centuries that what we believe is one of the most important things we will learn about ourselves during our spiritual journey because what we believe about life and God affects all the decisions we make and how we interact with those around us.

Jesus says that where our treasure is, there our heart will be also.

Theologian Paul Tillich asks us to think about what concerns us ultimately…what is our Ultimate Concern?

Franciscan priest Richard Rohr tells us that we become like the god that we worship.

What is your Ultimate Concern? What is most important in your life?

One way to help you figure out the answer to these questions is to WRITE about it!

And we encourage you to write about it in 250-500 words and send it to us! If selected, your essay will appear on the Baylor This I Believe website.
