Last week, I attended the 2013 Admissions Institute for New Professionals (AINP) in Chicago. AINP is designed to help newly hired (six to 18 months) admissions, marketing, and recruitment professionals develop the skills necessary to succeed in their careers. I am about to hit my year mark with the Baylor MBA program and was a perfect candidate to attend this conference.
There were over 50 schools represented at the conference from all over the nation, Canada, Europe, and Asia. It was exciting to meet my counterparts at other universities and talk about what we love to talk about most: prospective MBA students!
There are so many incredible schools out there, but the conference gave me an even deeper confidence in Baylor University and what we offer here at the Hankamer School of Business.
