This assignment instructed us to go a full 24 hours without any screens or technology. I attempted using my screens less and found it very difficult. I rely on my phone to communicate with friends about plans (asking questions about instructions, assignments, call times, lunch and dinner plans), to make reminders, set alarms, check the time, and communicate with my parents. This assignment really opened my eyes to how much I depend on my devices!
