Jeff came to Baylor from Appalachian State University where he served as the Director of Residence Life and Adjunct Graduate Faculty in Higher Education from 2003-2010.

Prior to that, Jeff worked as the Assistant Vice-President for Student Affairs at Shenandoah University.  Jeff has a Ph.D. in higher education administration, a master’s degree in counselor education, and a bachelor’s degree in biology, all from the University of Virginia.  He has also spent time working for Eastern Mennonite University, the Federal Executive Institute, Florida State University, and Lynchburg College.
