  • Some of the personal health data we gather may be considered protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. (HIPAA). Zeta Alpha Medical undertakes to comply with HIPAA and the rules imposed under HIPAA to the degree appropriate.

Medical Faculty at Zeta Alpha, Officers of Administration, Clients, Staff, Vendors, Contractors, and anybody else having access to Zeta Alpha information assets.

This policy should be known by all personnel and external parties who request, approve, or access the Zeta Alpha Medical Information System.
