Growing up, I was the youngest child of Emmanuel and Maryann Obi.  Emmanuel was always a hard worker which set up the stage for him to be a great role model in his kids lives and Maryann was also a hard worker who stressed discipline, which would turn out to shape their kids to be the well rounded individuals that they turned out to be.  Emmanuel was a pharmacist who was dedicated to helping the people and keep their needs first, and Maryann also wanted to help the people as she owned her own home health agency.

Emmanuel and Maryann had 4 children, Felix, Emmanuel Jr., Emma, and Krystal.  Each one of us very athletic and relatively tall.  Every single one of us finished high school and have finished, or are currently in a University.  Being raised in El Paso shaped us all to be very good individuals.  All of us were very much loved by our piers and all of us were very social.

My family of 6 has lived in El Paso for 16 years, not including our departures to college.  Emmanuel and Maryann were both born in Asaba, Nigeria and grew up pretty close to each other before they moved to the USA for school.  And as for the kids, we were all born in Tyler, Texas in a pretty small but enjoyable house before we moved to El Paso to live a better lifestyle that our father had planned for us.
