This Reflection is my leadership philosophy as of right now. After everything I have learned about the numerous leadership styles in my lead class I created my own leadership philosophy, and I hope that in time it changes because with each change my philosophy will become stronger, because of the acquired wisdom by living life and my academic advancement.

“My leadership philosophy is to help foster and maintain an environment where individuals realize their true potential and are comfortable about who they are as an individual, as well as to create a “funnel relationship” with others, meaning as I pour spiritually or advise and provide encouragement to others about life, the world, God, family, friendships, and school, they will also pour into mine in order for both of us to mature both spiritually and in how to take on the real world. Furthermore through these shared moments, creating an everlasting friendship, which will impact each of our lives in ways that will elevate us to our greatest potential.”
