“B” Association to Honor Former Defensive Lineman Andrew Billings

 The “B” Association and Baylor Athletics will recognize former Baylor defensive lineman, Andrew Billings, as a 2023 Baylor Football Legend at the Baylor vs. Texas Tech game this Saturday, October 7th, at McLane Stadium. 

A graduate of Waco High School, Billings earned three varsity letters for the Bears from 2013-2015.  He helped usher the Bears to the most successful three-year span in school history, winning two conference championships and collecting 32 wins, including a 2015 Russell Athletic Bowl victory.

Billings earned All-America first-team honors and consensus All-Big 12 first team in 2014 & 2015. He finished his senior season as the Big 12’s Lineman of the Year and was voted Co-Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year.

The Cincinnati Bengals selected Billings in the 4th round of the 2016 NFL Draft. He spent four seasons in Cincinnati and had brief stints with the Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs, and Los Angeles Raiders.  He is currently in his first season with the Chicago Bears.
