“B” Association to Honor Former Safety Ken “Quiz” Quesenberry

 The “B” Association and Baylor Athletics will recognize former Baylor safety, Ken “Quiz” Quesenberry, as a 2022 Baylor Football Legend at the Baylor vs. Kansas State game on November 12th at McLane Stadium. 

Quesenberry was a three-year starter for the Bears as a defensive safety from 1973-1975.  In 1974, he led the team on defense with 3 Interceptions, and he earned All-Southwest Conference honors while ushering the Bears to the SWC Championship and the 1975 Cotton Bowl. Although the Bears lost to the Nittany Lions in the Cotton Bowl, Quesenberry was named Defensive Most Valuable Player of the game. He is a recipient of Baylor’s Golden Helmet Award and the Bobby Jones Memorial Award, two awards presented by the coaching staff to team members for outstanding leadership.

Following his senior year, he went on to represent Baylor in the 1974 Blue-Gray College Football All-Star Game. Known as “Quiz” by his teammates, Quesenberry is a member of the Baylor Football All-Decade Team and the Cotton Bowl All-Decade Team of the 1970s. Currently, he serves as the EM Tulsa Field Services Manager at Recovery Monitoring Solutions in Oklahoma.
