“B” Association to Honor Former Baylor Wide Receiver Tevin Reese

The “B” Association and Baylor Athletics will recognize former Baylor wide receiver, Tevin Reese, as a 2021 Baylor Football Legend at the Baylor vs BYU Homecoming game on October 16th at McLane Stadium. 

A four-year letterwinner for the Bears from 2010-2013, Reese finished his career ranked 4th all-time in career receptions with 187 receptions for 3,102 yards. He was a key member of the 2013 Baylor squad that finished the year ranked #1 nationally in Total Offense, gaining a staggering 618 yards per game and setting an NCAA record in Points Scored with 681 for the season. Reese was selected 1st and 2nd team All-Big 12 in 2013 by the Coaches and Associated Press, respectively.

By the end of his career at Baylor, Reese was full of big-play explosiveness, having 21 of 24 career TDs of 40 yards or longer and nine career TDs of 60-plus yards.

Reese currently serves as an Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) teacher at Waco High School, where he also coaches wide receivers and special teams for the Lions football team in addition to being the Head Coach for Boys Track. He, his wife Ellen, and children, reside in Waco.
