Cross Country’s Lindsey Bradley Selected as Homecoming Queen Nominee

The “B” Association is proud to highlight the accomplishments of female letterwinners by selecting a student-athlete to represent Baylor Athletics in the annual Baylor Homecoming Queen competition. Each year, Baylor coaches from all women’s sports are invited to submit the names of student-athletes they believe deserve consideration for Homecoming Queen. Then, a special selection committee from the “B” Association selects one individual from the list of nominees to be the official athletic representative in the competition.

“I’m excited for the outstanding young ladies who are fortunate to receive this recognition. They have a unique opportunity to reveal to the entire Baylor family their character, intelligence, poise, and philanthropy – qualities that many people may not know they have,” said “B” Association Executive Director, Walter Abercrombie. “We are proud to announce this year’s athletic representative in the Homecoming Queen competition will be Lindsey Bradley from Baylor Cross Country. Lindsey has been a model student, athlete, and leader during her career at Baylor. I cannot think of a finer candidate for Homecoming Queen.”

“Lindsey’s faith is amazing,” said Track & Field Associate Women’s Coach, Stacey Smith. “She counsels our girls on the team when times are hard. Lindsey may be going through her own battles, but you would never know. She has an unbelievable spirit. I would vote for her if I had the opportunity. Once you talk to her you will be taken over by her beautiful smile and amazing spirit.”
