In February, the “B” Association partnered with Baylor Athletics’ Student-Athlete Center for Excellence to host the annual Bears in the Workforce event. Each year, a panel of letterwinners meets with current student-athletes to speak to them about their career achievements and the transition from student-athlete to life after athletic competition.
This event allows some of our letterwinners to become better acquainted with our student-athletes while providing career insight and mentorship to the future members of our organization.
