Welcome to MIS 1305!

Baylor LogoThis course is designed to explore the use of personal computers in business. The course will include: 1) a familiarization of computer hardware, terminology and basic operating concepts; 2) a basic understanding of networks and interconnections including the internet and its application to business and consumer uses; and 3) a level of software proficiency for developing effective usage techniques of computers for the workplace using Microsoft Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office©.
