Activities

Throughout the course of my life, I have become involved in a variety of various activities.  The first activity that I have been passionate about is playing baseball.  I have been playing ever since I was three years old.  Although I do not play in an organized league now, I still take every opportunity to hit a ball or play catch.

Another activity that I have participated in was teaching Sunday school.  I taught the second and third grade class at my church, St. Anthony’s Greek Orthodox Church, for all my four years in high school. I really enjoyed working with the younger kids and watching them mature over the course of two years. Although I had to give up my spot when I went off to college, I still go back whenever I’m in town to help in whatever way I can.

A final activity that I have more recently become involved with is my fraternity, Tau Kappa Epsilon.  I’ve had an undoubtedly positive experience and have grown as a person since joining.  We organize events such as high caliber intramural teams and pickup football games on fountain mall.  Also, we complete several hundred hours of service every year as an organization and hold a philanthropy that raised near a thousand dollars to support St. Judes Hospital.

For my shortcode, I added tabs. By adding tabs, I allowed my readers to quickly and easily view most of my material from the page in one quick spot.  By clicking on the individual options on the shortcode, they can view the text from the various parts of the document.  For the plugin, I added accessibility.  This feature allows readers with a disability to attain the information that I have included within the page.
