Are you interested in international relations and diplomacy in the Western Hemisphere? If so, Model Organization of American States (MOAS) is for you! The Organization of American States (OAS) is a regional organization within the United Nations that attends to the needs of the Western Hemisphere. In this class, we debate, look at current events, and finally, compete in regional and global competitions representing countries within the hemisphere (we go to Washington in the spring!).
This semester, we are Trinidad and Tobago & Venezuela, and we are looking for new members. Our class meets M/W at 5:30pm-7:30pm. If you are interested, please email Dr. Supplee, the faculty advisor at: joan_supplee@Baylor.edu You can also contact me, the MOAS assistant at: email@example.com Hope to see some of y’all there!
