• Load up DNA Mastering
• Opened up PhagesDB and NCBI BLAST scanning website
• Learned about annotating reverse genes
  • Upstream gap is reversed
  • Indicate direction on phage notes
• Learned about Phamerator and PhageNotes
• Added annotations into PhageNotes
