Procedure:
- Opened saved DNA Mastering from previous lab
- Annotated genes 24 and 61 for Elesar
- Focused on SSC, CP, SCS, BLAST-Start, GAP, LO, and RBS
- Used GeneMark to determine if the gene had coding potential
