No Phage!

Well I dug more dirt (4 more samples) today because I had a grainy agar plate. I also wanted to see what would happen if I respotted the grainy agar plate with the same samples, so I performed that experiment as well. I’m really excited to see my results! Hopefully one of the new samples I collected today will have phage.

Dr. Gibbon, please bring your dog on Friday!!

Also, I’m so happy for the people who were able to find phage colonies yesterday! I unfortunately had contamination, so I refiltered my samples again. Crossing my fingers!
