A green & gold guy can co-exist with red & blue (SMU) gal and end up together writing a memoir of the attraction: THINKING THINGS OVER, The Reflections of Two 80~Year-Olds. Charles Guittard’s stories of growing up are combined with Nancy Labastida’s, along with their email courtship story. Charles is the author of I WILL TEACH HISTORY, the third volume of his trilogy about his grandfather Frank Guittard and Baylor University. Charles is currently working on another memoir, working title, THE CONFESSIONS OF AN ENGLISH MAJOR. Charles and Nancy have endowed several scholarships benefitting history students.
