My Reflection

What did you learn from researching your project and making your video?

1. Carter was a peanut farmer.  John F. Kennedy’s children liked to play with their mother’s pearls.

2. Homeless animals.

3. That 3 to 4 million dogs and cats are killed every year because shelters are too full and there aren’t enough adoptive homes.

4.  Yes I could adopt some pets so there’s room for others animals.

5. I liked playing the icivics games.

Anson

John F. Kennedy fought in World War 2.

Adopt a dog.

Caleb

I learned that there are three branches of government and what the president’s job is.

We chose homeless animals.

That a lot of animals get put to sleep because animal shelters run out of room.

I do think I can make a difference in my community by telling people that they should go to a animal shelter and adopt a dog.

Playing the online games and lunch.

Jenna

  1. I learned today how to argue today. I learned what a petitioner does. I  learned how long it takes to agree on something in court.
  2. Take turns, be nice listen to other side, be strong, be formal.
  3. Help your issue
  4. I liked being in the court it was fun.

Ethan

  1. There are more than 1 judge in a courtroom, more than 1 million pets killed in the U.S.A, that there are 20 minute turns in court.
  2. One that is loud and clear, and do not show nervousness
  3. So that they can see how the argument might affect them
  4. The mock trial

Caleb
