The 4th Floor is the collaborative blog by the Baylor University Libraries Liaison Librarians. In it, we hope to highlight interesting library resources, research tools, library services or events, and libraries at Baylor and in higher education in general, among other things.

There are several regular columns on the blog. They are:

Awaiting Discovery – about the research tools that may have been overlooked, but still have great value for researchers
Library 411 – tips, tricks and tools to make your research better
Research Dividends – for anyone who wants to know more about business resources
STEM Access – tips for science research and careers
The Mood in Jones – musings and opinions from the liaison services librarians

Why are we called “The 4th Floor”?  Jones Library only has 2 floors and Moody Library has 3 floors and a basement (garden) level.  The 4th Floor helps you rise higher, by equipping you with the resources and tools to make your academic journey a smooth one.
