The ABP is sponsored by Penn State University and dedicated to providing an online space for scholarly articles discussing the life and work of Ambrose Gwinnett Bierce (1842-1914?), the American soldier, topographer, journalist, and writer. In addition to publishing an online journal, the ABP also maintains an active bibliography of Bierce scholarship.
