Leadership Experience and Activities
Baylor Wellness Department – Health & Wellness Peer Leader Fall 2014 – Present
- Educator and mentor for students discussing how all six dimensions of wellness apply to the health of college students.
- Apply a variety of leadership theories to my leadership practice.
- Create interpersonal relationships across differences.
Baylor Fitness Staff – Cycling instructor Spring 2015 – Present
- Teach spin classes and create workouts for students and staff Group X fitness members at Baylor
First Woodway College Ministry – Discipleship Intern November 2014 – May 2015
- Organize small discipleship groups and direct college students in executing roles on college leadership.
- Participate as active staff member preparing and planning church-sponsored events. As well as participates in weekly programs: small groups, discipleship meetings, and serves as member on leadership team.
Phi Theta, pre-physical therapy/pre-occupational therapy – Service Chair Spring 2015
- Registered and communicated with organization on how to get involved in new Steppin’ Out procedures
- Painted a house in Waco
Bio Anatomy Lab – Teacher’s Assistant Fall 2015
- Educate and assist students in lab group dissections
- Present to class via use of models, cadaverous cats, and PowerPoint slides
