The mission of Career Counseling at Baylor University is to assist students in identifying their personality traits, interests, strengths, values and skills as they relate to making lifelong career and personal life decisions.  We strive to provide an environment of mutual respect where students are free to discuss and explore their calling.  In addition, we value all students and proactively promote their success.

We serve students who are unsure of their major, considering changing their major, or wondering what careers relate to their major. Our services are free to current Baylor University employees who are considering career changes. There is a twenty-five dollar fee for alumni who wish to complete the assessments and meet face-to-face with a career counselor.

It is recommended that you begin the career counseling process as soon as possible, preferably beginning in your first year.
