Work Experience

While I was growing up, I would learn valuable information through being around my parents’ dental practice. I was able to help with filing papers, talking to customers, speaking with professionals in the industry, and other office assistant duties.

In the Summer of 2010 I worked at a local boutique. In this job I  was a sales person who dealt with customers and stocking items and making sure that the presentation floor was well put together and presentable to customers. While I was working here,  I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know my customers and peers. The feeling when you make a sale to a customer and make them so happy with their purchase is unable to be described. This is largely why I decided to major in business through my college career. I love the workplace atmosphere and I am willing to work hard to get to a respectable position in the workplace.

In the summer of 2011 I worked for a Home Health Care Center. I would transpose the nurses notes into the computer and do filing for them. I would help new employees set up their 401K and explain to them how it worked. I learned a lot of skills at this job, but I did not feel the passion for Home Health Care as I did working in the local boutique.
