Dia

Yesterday was Baylor’s Diadeloso. It’s a day that the school schedules in advance to cancel classes and invite students to spend their time on campus enjoying Baylor. My college holds a similar tradition- Fox Day. Only students don’t know ahead of time when classes will be canceled. Needless to say many students play “Fox Day Roulette” and risk whether or not they should do their homework and study anticipating Fox Day. Part of the fun of Fox Day is waiting for classes to be canceled, but both traditions are great and lucky for me Baylor even cancels graduate school classes on Diadeloso.

Last year Fox Day ended up happening on Diadeloso, which was pretty awesome for me! I had a fairly laid back day though and primarily took the day off and watched Disney movies. One of my college Fox Days I actually went to Disney World for the day, so since that wasn’t an option I figured I’d reminisce at home. This year the two events landed on different days, but I still enjoyed my Dia. I unfortunately had a lot of work to do, but having an extra day off to get

I’ve had a lot of fun over the last two years at Baylor! I am sure that I will miss my time that I’ve spent here, but I will also be sure to stop back, especially since I need to see the brand new business school Baylor is opening in the fall!
