One of my favorite things about London is the number of vast markets that they have. On any given day of the week, there are so many that you can travel to. Markets are a fantastic place to broaden your tastes as they offer so many different cuisines, trinkets, and souvenirs. The best part of these markets is that they are all primarily local. Local vendors make their living by creating beautiful jewelry, art, shirts, and so much more. One of the greatest things to bring back from vacations is art pieces. Getting art from local vendors is a fantastic way to promote and support them, but also then you are meeting the artist and have a personal experience to tie along with that piece. There were multiple pieces that I collected abroad from sweet men painting on the street to an art student trying to pay for art school. When you get to meet the artist and know who you are buying from, it adds such a personal spark to that piece.
